Where the money goes
The meter is measured, not estimated from a price list. If the daily cap is reached, generation stops until midnight UTC and the site says so.

Donations are not tax-deductible, not political, and not a purchase. There are no perks, no tiers, no ownership and no refunds beyond what the payment processor requires. If the site ever closes, any remaining fund money goes to the outstanding hosting bill, and the rest is nobody's.
Algy and Penny are fictional. The relationship, the wedding and the milestones are fictional. The model bill, unfortunately, is a real line item in a spreadsheet kept by a human.
