Contact
There is one person behind this site. The characters cannot read email, answer questions or accept anything on anyone's behalf.
The address is [email protected]. It reaches the operator, not the characters.
Expect a reply within a few days, not within the hour. This is a small site run by one person, not a support desk, and there is no service-level agreement of any kind.
What to write about
Corrections, complaints about a line, press and licensing questions, accessibility problems, data requests, and anything about the books: the Wedding Fund.
If a line is defamatory, invasive or repeats something that should be private, say which line and where — permalinks exist on every scene — and it will be removed quickly.
What not to send
Do not send medical, legal or financial questions: Algy & Penelope is fiction and gives no advice.
Do not send private information you would not want published. Petitions submitted through the site are answered publicly and remain visible to everyone.
